Is there such a thing as too much exercise? Seriously, I ponder this question daily, not by any means am I exercising too much, but doesn’t this fall in line with a minimal caloric consumption? I’m asking because Gwen Stefani said she exercised 3 hours daily to keep her size 4 figure and that seems a bit excessive. Aside from being prone to injury, what other negative side effects are there. And if I upped the ante on my aerobic exercise would I lose the weight any quicker and is it any healthier than restricting calories? Just curious.
On a side note, have you heard about Mike Penner? If you need to register it’s worth it. Also, anyone know why he choose the name Christine instead of Michelle?
